Terms and Conditions

General:

  • WORKING HOURS: Please note that Print with Passion is open from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Please allow 24 hours for our sales to respond to your enquiry.
  • Lead times on online orders are approximately 7 working days.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notification and are non-negotiable.
  • A non-refundable deposit is due prior to any design or production. This will amount to 50% of your total order before production. This will be deducted from your final invoice amount. 
  • Multiple changes made to an original design may result in a change fee (per change). To avoid unnecessary additional costs, please ensure you provide us with clear direction and your expectation for the design when we start your order. This fee could range between R50 and R150, depending on the change requested.
  • In some cases, you might be required to send us your print ready work and we will not provide any design elements for your order. This will be communicated to you at such time as it becomes necessary. 
  • Decoupage running meter orders may incur a R150 layout fee.
  • Please note the maximum allowed number of photos per product. Prices do not vary based on the number of photos, but to ensure a top-quality product, we have implemented a maximum allowed number of photos per product, no exceptions.
  • Fleece blankets may have a maximum of 8 photos OR maximum 50 words. When you select to use your own wording, this must be sent to us in a word document format. We do not take responsibility for any mis-spellings when you provided the wording. 
  • Where the final product purchased is print work only, per running meter or square meter, an additional design fee may be applicable. This design fee will range between R50 and R250, depending on the design required.
  • No design will be included in any orders less than R500 on print work only.
  • Whilst we always strive to get products out as quickly as possible, our first priority is to provide you with a top-quality product. Please note our turnaround times for expected delivery times on your order. Where an exception is made and unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering on the stipulated time, Print with Passion may not be held accountable for any losses or inconvenience caused through the delay.
  • Please note that we use a heat process to transfer your desired image to the fabric. This may lead to a slight variation in size as shrinkage is inevitable. We do add additional bleed to every design to combat this, however, 1cm to 3cm may be lost on your final product should the shrinkage be more than anticipated, depending on the final product size.
  • Orders requested within a shorter period than our standard lead times will incur a "rush fee" of 20% of your order total. Rushed orders may not always be possible. Sales will inform you on whether we can rush your order and invoice you accordingly.
  • All designs created by Print with Passion remain the property and copyright of Print with Passion. Print with Passion is permitted to market and sell any designs created for our customer on their request, as no design request includes exclusive use to a specific customer unless specifically contracted as such, in which case the copyright may remain with the artist, photographer or designer.
  • Where customers create their own designs and artwork and provide these to Print with Passion in a usable, high resolution format, Print with Passion will not market and sell the customers designs. 
  • Should there be any defects or errors on the printing, we will remake your design at no charge to yourself or refund your money back in full once we receive your returned product. Such refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Please review your layout carefully, as what you see on the layout is exactly what will print. 
  • If there are no defects or errors with the printing, but you are not satisfied with the design or the photos after printing, we will not be able to refund any monies, as we cannot guarantee the quality of the photos, only the quality of the printing. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your layout design we send to you for approval before going to print and production. Once this has been approved by yourself, the product will resemble this exactly and any errors other than printing specific errors will be at the customers expense to rectify.
  • More than one discount offer cannot be used at the same time. When two discount offerings are applicable, the highest of the two will be applied to your order.
  • Your final product will be couriered once full payment has been received. Delivery could take between 2 and 5 working days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel is on its way. You will be able to track your parcel with the courier company directly.
  • By placing your order with Print with Passion, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions as stipulated on our website.
  • Print with Passion reserves the right to use any product made by us on our website for marketing and advertising purposes. 
  • Print with Passion will not be held liable for any fraud, misrepresentation, theft and/or any other type of misconduct for the order and/or purchase of Print with Passion’s products that are NOT sold on Print with Passion’s website www.printwithpassion.com or Print with Passion’s page on www.takealot.com or bought directly in store.

Turnaround Times:

  • Whilst we always strive to get products out as quickly as possible, please note our Order Process for expected timelines on your order. 
    • We use multiple courier services which best accommodate all locations throughout the country. Within these couriers, we select different types of delivery services, which best suit your requirements and budget. We will share a copy of your waybill or tracking number after your package has been collected. We take no responsibility for any delays caused by the third party services of these various courier companies.
    • We recommend all orders that are time sensitive, be placed with enough time to allow for unexpected delays.

      Layout/Design Approvals:

      • We will be in contact with you after receiving your images with the layout of your chosen product. At this stage we will wait for your approval before going to print. 
      • Should you require a redesign after receiving the first design, we will gladly accommodate your request. However, redesigns after two designs will be at an additional charge to the original cost of the product. Depending on the product size and number of images, this cost will be advised to you before the third redesign is started.
      • All designs created by Print with Passion and our affiliates remain the property and copy right of Print with Passion. Print with Passion is permitted to market and sell any designs created for our customers on their request, as no design request includes exclusive use to a specific customer unless specifically contracted as such. 
      • Where customers create their own designs and artwork and provide these to Print with Passion in a usable, high resolution format, Print with Passion will not market and sell the customers designs. 

      Refunds:

      • Should there be any defects or errors on the printing, we will remake your design at no charge to yourself or refund your money back in full once we received your returned product. Such refunds must be done within 30 days of receiving your order.

      • Please note that once your parcel has been sent via courier, it will be your responsibility to track and follow the progress of your parcel. Print with Passion does not take responsibility for any courier once it has left our shop. 

      Shipping and Delivery:

      • We make use of professional courier services and all packages are insured at retail price of the products. 
      • Although the couriers can deliver to most locations across South Africa, there are some remote locations which they cannot reach. If they are not able to deliver to your address, we will contact you to confirm an alternative delivery address. 
      • Delivery is subject to availability and receipt of payment. 
      • Once we hand over the package to the courier, it usually gets delivered between 3 to 5 business days. 
      •  A tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been collected by the courier.  


      Payment options:

      • We accept payments through our PayFast payment partner using Visa or Mastercard, or via an EFT directly into our bank account or with your card in-store.
      • For payments made via Visa or Mastercard:
        • Customer details will be stored by Print with Passion separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast secure site. 
        • The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR)


      Responsibility

      • Print with Passion takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.


      Country of domicile

      • This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Print with Passion chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 58 Mulberry road, 28 Eden Park, Allen Grove, Gauteng, 1619, South Africa


      Variation

      • Print with Passion may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

      Care Instructions:

      • We provide washing instructions of these products along with your invoice upon collection or delivery. Should these instructions not be followed, we cannot be held responsible for the deterioration of your product. 
      • The washing instructions for best care of your product is as follows:
        • Cold water machine wash
        • No strong bleach based detergents
        • Cool iron
        • Do not dry clean
        • Do not tumble dry
